Wildcat Waste Water Treatment Plant – This plant handles waste water (sewage) from the Eastern part of Flagstaff. This plant was built as part of Continental Estates. It was revamped in 2010 at a cost of $24 million, but short-cuts were taken to stay within that budget and further repairs were started in 2012 to make the plant operable to make A+ water, as originally advertised.
